They incorporated the music we had requested from their repertoire and the balance, variety and the way in which they delivered the songs were perfect for the occasion. “Get On Up were just great! They were so prompt, professional as well as friendly! We are absolutely chuffed we hired a band for our wedding evening reception, and Get On Up were the perfect band to have! Our guests were up dancing from the get go! The band kept the energy and played some great song choices during their live sets. It was so handy and helpful having the DJ sets in between the live sets - as this made the evening run smoothly with a constant supply of music. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed it and so did we! Thank you!”

“We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for everything you’ve done for us over the last three years. The wedding day itself was far beyond expectations, we had the time of our lives. The music was EPIC! We hope you saw how much we were absolutely loving every single tune – the encore was the cherry on top. You guys were so awesome and absolutely made the party. WHAT A DAY. I am still totally buzzing and grinning from ear-to-ear. Pete and I can’t quite put into words how grateful we are for your patience and efforts since 2020 (!), working so hard to accommodate every single date change (just a cheeky four in the end!) We know it’s been tricky, especially with covid on our backs, so thank goodness we can put all the uncertainty behind us and remember the day for the magical 24hrs it was. It was certainly worth the wait.”

They played a great acoustic set for our drinks reception and had everyone up and dancing during the two main sets where there was a bit of something for everyone.
